Upon completion of the transaction a confirmation email will be send. This is your proof of pay and is to be shown at the registration desk upon arrival at the festival. Passes will be provided at that time, in the form of festival bracelets, to be worn for the entirety of the event. The organisation holds the right to withhold fees equal to 50% of the total cost of the ticket. This applies to cancellation requests made within the first month since the online sales began.
